The Unlucky Wedding Guest

It is the summer of 1923 and at long last Tommy Fitzgerald and Annie Green are getting married. For the moment, Clara Fitzgerald, private detective, is off duty celebrating the union of her brother and her best friend.

However, once the happy couple have departed for their honeymoon, Clara finds herself rapidly embroiled in a new mystery. First there is the loss of Captain O'Harris' silver cigarette case - potentially stolen from the church. Second, and far more alarming, is the discovery of an unconscious man in the vestry of the church where hours before Tommy and Annie were married.

Who is the mystery man and what is he doing lying in a vestry cupboard?

Before Clara knows it, she is involved in a triple murder case spanning back nearly a decade, and with a killer prepared to do anything to cover their tracks.
